If you already know your date for next summer, the best time to book is now. Summer weekends are the first to go, and an early reservation gives you the pick of time slots and vessels.
Step 1: Choose Your Date and Time Slot
Charters run seven days a week during the season, in daytime and evening slots. Daytime suits brunch-style gatherings and photos. Evening suits sunset and skyline views. Have a backup date in mind for peak weekends.
Step 2: Estimate Your Guest Count
Our fleet covers both intimate groups and larger celebrations. A rough headcount is enough to start, and our team will match you with the right vessel.
Step 3: Decide on Food and Drinks
BYOB and outside food are welcome on board. If you’d rather not handle it yourself, we can arrange catering, bar service and champagne packages.
Step 4: Think About Extras
Decorations, entertainment and custom add-ons are easier to coordinate when you plan ahead. Tell us about the occasion and we’ll suggest what fits.
Step 5: Reserve Online
Choose your date, select your vessel and we take care of the rest. Every charter includes a licensed, US Coast Guard–certified captain, so no boating experience is needed.
How Far Ahead Should You Book?
For summer weekends and holiday weekends we recommend at least 2–4 weeks. For a date you can’t move, such as a milestone event, booking earlier removes the risk.
